Who is Nella Santo?
I'm Amelia Santo, also known as “Nella” — a creative leader operating at the intersection of culture, fashion, and empowerment.
As a mentor, creative director, speaker, and event producer, my mission is to celebrate identity, redefine diasporic fashion narratives, and inspire through creativity, empathy, and cultural pride.
I’m proficient in English, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, and Creole, and I view communication as a tool for building bridges across communities and creating meaningful, cross-cultural connections.

I’ve led teams, styled runway shows, and collaborated with brands, always combining strategic thinking with cultural authenticity.
